1 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below wherever they appear in these Terms:

• "Platform" — the km879 website, software, and all associated services accessible at km879.cam.
• "km879", "We", "Us", "Our" — the operating entity and brand owner behind the km879 Platform.
• "You", "User", "Member" — any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Member upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Wallet" — the real-money balance held within a Member's Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by km879 that are subject to stated wagering requirements before any portion may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process conducted by km879 before withdrawal privileges are activated on any Account.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary time zone referenced for customer support hours, transaction processing windows, and draw times on the Platform.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" — Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive operating currency of the km879 Platform.
• "Content" — all text, graphics, logos, software interfaces, game assets, and other intellectual property accessible through the Platform.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. km879 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all of its products and services without exception. By registering, you declare and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. km879 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is found not to have been met.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which individual participation in offshore online betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. km879 does not hold an Indonesian domestic gaming license, as no licensing framework for online gambling operators currently exists in Indonesia. The Platform operates under an internationally issued gaming license. Users are solely and entirely responsible for determining whether their participation in online betting is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

2.3 Ineligible Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register an Account or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform:

• Any individual under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of km879 or any of its affiliated technology, payment, or software-supply partners.
• Any individual who has been issued a self-exclusion order or is subject to a gambling restriction by km879 or another gambling operator.
• Any individual accessing the Platform via an automated system, bot, or proxy service for the purpose of misrepresenting their identity or location.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts — identified by matching name, email address, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. km879 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts without prior notice and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date at all times. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension. km879 accepts no liability for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information you have provided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other individual to access or use your Account. All activity conducted under your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify km879 support immediately by email at support@km879.cam.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

km879 may require identity verification at any point during your membership, including — but not limited to — the point at which you first request a withdrawal. You will be asked to submit copies of:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian KTP, SIM, or passport.
• Proof of current residential address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits — for bank transfers, this may include a screenshot of the registered account name; for e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, or GoPay, a screenshot of the wallet profile.

Withdrawal functionality will remain suspended until KYC is successfully completed. All documents submitted are treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

km879 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (ID R) exclusively via the following local payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

km879 does not charge a processing fee on deposits or withdrawals from our end. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees, for which km879 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice. km879 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks to transactions that exceed stated thresholds.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before 20.00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within the same day. Requests submitted after 20.00 WIB or on Indonesian public holidays — including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and other national holidays — will be processed on the next business day. km879 does not guarantee specific processing times, as final clearance is subject to your payment provider's own processing schedule.

4.4 Withdrawal Name Matching

All withdrawals must be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as your km879 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Requests that fail name-matching checks will be declined and may trigger an account review.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. km879 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts once the dormancy threshold has been reached, until the balance reaches zero or the Member logs back in and reactivates the Account. Members will be notified by email at least 30 days before any dormancy fee is applied.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

km879 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions tied to fixtures such as BRI Liga 1 matches, the UEFA Champions League, and Indonesian national holidays. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published on the relevant promotional page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence solely in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from it — can be transferred to your withdrawable Wallet balance. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bet size permitted during active bonus play, and expiry period are stated explicitly on every km879 promotion. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum bet while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

km879 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Abuse includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using low-risk or systematically hedged betting strategies to reduce genuine wagering risk while meeting bonus requirements, and coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses forfeited, may have their withdrawal privileges suspended pending review, and may be permanently closed.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and any unused Bonus Funds remaining after the stated expiry date will be removed from your Account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the km879 Platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

1. Registering as a person under 21 years of age or using false identity documents during KYC.
2. Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or in the name of another person.
3. Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
4. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
5. Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to place bets, navigate the Platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
6. Colluding with other players on the Platform, including in live dealer poker or other multi-player games, to gain an unfair financial advantage.
7. Placing bets on events where you hold material non-public information that provides a systematic advantage over published odds.
8. Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits after withdrawing or wagering the associated funds.
9. Reproducing, distributing, or selling any Content from the Platform without the prior written consent of km879.

7 Responsible Gaming

km879 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide every Member with access to the following tools, all available free of charge through the Account settings panel or upon request from our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen alerts that notify you when a specified continuous play duration has been reached.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place any bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request that km879 make reasonable efforts to block future re-registration attempts from the same individual. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

8 Intellectual Property

All Content on the km879 Platform — including but not limited to the km879 brand name, logo, interface design, software, game titles, graphics, and written material — is owned by or licensed to km879 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No Content may be reproduced, republished, transmitted, modified, or sold in whole or in part without the prior express written consent of km879. Game Content remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others — and is governed by their respective licensing agreements with km879.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

km879 endeavors to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access. km879 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, game interruptions, or connection failures caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, ISP-level access restrictions, or force majeure events.

9.2 Accuracy of Odds and Results

km879 takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds, live scores, and game results displayed on the Platform are accurate. In the event of a manifest error — including a clearly incorrect odds value published due to a technical fault — km879 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes to the Members concerned. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets.

9.3 Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, km879's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

km879 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — even if km879 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10 Amendments to These Terms

km879 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, km879 will publish a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Where a change is particularly significant, km879 may also send a notification to the email address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which km879's operating entity is incorporated, as stated on the Platform's licensing page. For disputes arising from your use of the Platform as an Indonesian resident, km879 commits to engaging in good-faith mediation before escalating to formal arbitration proceedings. km879 is not subject to the jurisdiction of Indonesian domestic courts in respect of claims arising from online gambling, as Indonesia does not currently operate a domestic online gambling licensing regime. You acknowledge and accept these jurisdictional limitations by registering an Account.
